Our Gite is only 40 mins drive from the ancient ( ferry) Port of St Malo and some 15 minutes west of the medieval town of Dinan. The gite is only a 3 minute walk into the beautiful village centre of Jugon les Lacs, with a mini market, 2 boulangeries, several Bars, 2 good restauarnts, a creperie and pizzeria.
You can enjoy fishing, sailing, canoeing or peddleoing on the large village lake ! Or you can keep your feet dry and enjoy the walks along the miles of paths around its shoreline.
There is also a heated outdoor public swimming pool, a tourist office and just 30 minutes away to the north you can enjoy the beautiful beaches, cliffs and little French harbours of the Emerauld Coast.
This is a great place to relax and soak up real, friendly french life and plenty to do for everyone.
Large supermarkets are about 15 minutes away in Dinan or Lamballe.

Description of Accommodation.
Bedrooms - Master bedroom with kingsize bed, second room with 2 single beds, plus a campaign bed on landing.
Bathrooms- Upstairs shower room, with hand basin and WC. Downstairs utility bathroom with full size bath and over bath shower, hand basin and WC and washing machine.
Kitchen - Modern fitted kitchen in sitting room / diner with electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, pots and pans etc.
Living room- Large open plan living area with 2 sofas ( one sofabed) large fench linen cupboard, large famliy dining table with benches, TV with English freeview.
Garden - There is a good sized garden outside with lawned area, ideal for boules or BBQ or just relaxing with a glass of wine on the garden chairs.
Cleaning -The Gite is cleaned, but we ask you leave it clean and as you would hope to find it!
Places to go and Things to see
There are lots of sandy beaches within a 30 - 40 minute drive,. St Jacut and Erquy are among our family favourates. Visits to Dinan and St Malo (fantastic Aquarium) are a must, along with Mont St Michel. The gite is on the outskirts of an old,picturesque, Breton village, surrounded by beautiful countryside. There is a large lake and country park adjacent to the village. You can walk and cycle locally, with a trip to the boulangerie only taking a couple of minutes!
